Admission and Fees

• Admission: $15.00, Ages 6 to 11: $10.00, 5 & Under: Free
• Entry Fee (Per Class): $25.00 - Make sure you sign up in correct class
• Transponder Fee: $10 for first transponder and $5.00 for each additional class
• Pit Rental: $20.00 (Deadline for pit rental will be 12 noon the day before race). Reserved Parking: Call or text 478-697-5165 to reserve parking Mon-Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Row A $20.00, Row B $20.00, Row E $20.00 & all other parking is free. (Rigs or campers over 45’ must pit on Row B from B1 to B13). If you want to pit out of the side of your trailer you must reserve and pay for 2 spots.

Rain Check Policy

Absolutely no money refunded. Rain checks will be honored only for tickets that have the appropriate number for rainouts. There will be NO exceptions. Make-up race date will be determined and announced at time of postponement. Again, there will be NO cash refunds. Any time a race is cancelled and half or more of the features have been completed, the race will be considered complete and no rain checks will be issued.

Class Registration

It is the driver’s or crew members complete responsibility to make sure not to leave sign up before confirming they are registered in correct class by age, type of engine, and tires.

No refunds for class entries or class changes after sign up complete.

80% payback to top three (3) in each class.

Tune your radio to 91.7 FM for track info from our announcer.

Safety and Conduct

• All drivers must sign waiver & release form.
• All drivers 17 & under must have parental release signed.
• 1st Priority Safety: DO NOT GO OUT ON RACE TRACK.
• All drivers must attend driver’s meeting. If roll call is utilized, drivers not at meeting will lose fastest qualifying lap and may also be required to start at back of feature races entered.
• No Alcohol on concreted areas. Controlled Substances will not be tolerated anywhere on the property of Swainsboro Raceway.
• Any driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will be required to take an Alcohol Analyzer Test. If positive, the driver will be charged with DUI by the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Department.
• All drivers are responsible for the actions and conduct of their Crew, Family, and Friends. We are promoting a family atmosphere. Violence, profanity or fighting will not be tolerated.
• Anyone caught fighting will go to Jail and pay the $500.00 cash bond. If anyone approaches another go kart or goes to another racers pit and trouble ensues, that person will be “wrong”.
• Swainsboro Raceway reserves the right to fine, suspend, or bar any driver, owner, pit crew or spectator for unruly conduct. Examples, but not limited to: cussing, retaliation, hand gestures, and any bodily contact.

Adult Class Entry

15 years of age grants you opportunity to register in adult class. This option may be withdrawn for certain events or discretion of Track Officials. No refunds will be issued if option is withdrawn. Driving ability, lap times, and parental conduct are part of the measures used to determine if this option is revoked. Legal proof of age documents are required. A legal advancing in age minor consent form will have to be signed by legal guardian. Swainsboro Kart Track reserves the right to withdraw this option at any time. Racer cannot go back to a plate class for local events, and cannot run both classes in an event.

These rules are a guideline and can be subject to changes at any time by the Track Director.
